Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor in hospitality and food to join our very busy business and fantastic team. The Little Lion Pizza is rapidly growing and we are searching for the ideal candidate with a strong background in restaurant operations, food production, and team management. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Your leadership will inspire and guide your team to deliver exceptional service to our guests. We have two roles available, a Supervisor at our Penderyn site or a Supervisor for our Events team.

Duties

Oversee daily operations at our main site in Penderyn or/and our events. Supervise and train staff in food preparation, food safety training and customer service. Delegate tasks effectively to optimise workflow and enhance productivity. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen and dining areas. Monitor stock levels and place orders. Support the Managing Director with event set ups and private parties on and off site. Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is essential. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
