Cleaning Supervisor

to join our growing team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to work Monday to Friday.

Working hours 14:00 - 22:00.

ON site at Northfield area in Aberdeen. Exact site location to be disclosed upon interview

You will ensure cleaning standards are consistently met while supporting and guiding a small team of cleaners.

Key Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties (offices, washrooms, communal areas) Supervise evening cleaning staff to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard Conduct regular site checks and maintain quality control Train new staff and provide ongoing support Report supply needs and equipment issues Ensure compliance with health and safety policies

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial cleaning Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is a strong advantage Excellent attention to detail and time management Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Right to work in the UK
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Monday to Friday
