Duties

Supervise daily operations within the kitchen and dining areas to ensure exceptional service delivery. Manage and train team members in food preparation, cooking techniques, and serving practices. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen and service areas. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional development among staff. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food production techniques and safety standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or serving is highly desirable. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and barista skills would be an advantage. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service while maintaining high operational standards. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
