We are recruiting for a Supervisor to join our AirThrill venue in East Kilbride

Various hours available along with immediate starts.

Candidates should have relevant work experience and be self assured, customer focused and available to work a variety of shifts, including midweek and weekends.

Reports to: Assistant General Manager / General Manager

Duties and responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:



- Support in directing all operations of the site to consistently achieve or exceed sales, KPI's and profitability goals through the effective use of short and long term planning, expense control, sales and service.

- Ensure the safe operation of the site through compliance management and accurate reporting.

- Handle customer services issues with discretion and professionalism, ensuring customer safety and satisfaction is achieved.

- Support in new employee recruitment, evaluate cv's, contribute to selection process. Complete all relevant HR, payroll documentation and evaluations.

- Support, train, educate and develop employees to the highest standard. Ensure all staff members know about all products, procedures and services.

- Retain an efficient level of staff members and oversee scheduling of employees.

- Supervise employees to ensure proper behaviour whilst on the job.

- Follow HR processes as and when required.

- Complete the ordering of operating supplies including cafe, reception, parties etc. Ensuring availability through accurate stock input, controls and stock takes.

- Promote venue through social media. Parties and events to be communicated to relevant colleagues to ensure execution to the highest standard.

- Work and develop communication with local communities and suppliers to increase revenue.

- Assist in maintaining standards of both equipment and building, reporting maintenance requirements to relevant person(s) as per company guidelines.

- Ensure all visual Health & Safety, Policy and Procedures, Guidelines and Best Practices notices for both customers and colleagues are implemented in specific areas and maintained.

- Participate in new site openings or site closings; travel may be required.

- Attend manager meetings, training sessions or workshops as required by the business; travel may be required.

- Required to work non traditional hours, weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.

- Submit daily financial reports.
