'Putt' your outstanding customer service and team leading skills into practice with a job at The Lost City Apocalypse Belfast. We're looking for a full-time supervisor to join our fantastic team and be part of our exciting business at our newest location.

Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Leading the business in the absence of Management Delivering first class customer service that ensures each and every customer gets the most out of their Lost City adventure. Training and motivating staff Stock control and ordering Cash handling, floating tills and end of night cash up reports Serving and presenting food and beverages quickly and efficiently, meeting our high standards. Enforcing health and safety rules Dealing with difficult customers Hosting corporate events. Helping with external events Assist in keeping the restaurant & bar, front-of-house, golf courses and toilets clean and tidy, at all times

The ideal candidate for this role will be:

Honest, reliable and professional A great team player and leader A self-motivator with a quick thinking, 'can do' attitude and an ability to work calmly under pressure during exceptionally busy periods Someone who takes pride in maintaining the highest possible standards of cleanliness and safety A strong communicator both over the phone and face to face An experienced supervisor with the experience and ability to confidently lead the team An excellent timekeeper Food and Beverage preparation and handling preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.40 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
