Responsibilities:
Some of what you'll do:
Opening and closing store procedures including dealing with till reconciliation
Selling, clienteling and providing a memorable experience to each customer
Engaging in conversation in a genuine manner
Providing relevant and detailed product knowledge in each customer interaction
Taking customer information for follow up and email blasts
Keeping the store clean and maintaining strong visual standards
Understanding the importance of diversity and inclusion and how it plays a role in our day-to-day interactions with each other and with customers
Follow company policy, procedures and operations.
Drive team and push for success, experience within coaching and development within the team.
Qualifications:
Some of what you'll need:
Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably with a luxury brand.
Working 40 hours per week, on a rotational shift-basis including weekends and Bank Holidays.
Strong communication and teamwork
Dynamic, customer oriented
Sales driven
Professional attitude and behaviour; versatile, proactive and the ability to work under pressure
Passion for the brand
