KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




Provide regular feedback to the Manager and Assistant Manager regarding store performance and other store operative issues Ensure that product deliveries and stock movements are processed according to Company stock management guidelines Be responsible for the good image of the Store, ensuring it is clean and well maintained according to the Company Visual Merchandising standards Lead by example, acting as a role model for the team. Providing excellent level of customer service and surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity, Maximising every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sale targets and KPI indicators, Responding to queries regarding price, location, features, benefits and use of Vivienne Westwood merchandise, Following Company procedures and policies to maintain security of stock, customer records and cash handling, Enhancing standards of merchandise presentation and housekeeping, Ensuring all customers' orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time, maintaining accurate records of all customer requirements and following company procedures, Taking every opportunity to capture customer data in order to expand the VW UK database and encourage repeat visits and customers loyalty, Attending and participating in all store meetings and training events as required, Ensuring good communication and professionalism is maintained at all times, Adhering to company policy regarding dress code and conduct as outlined in the staff handbook, Maintaining shop standards, Taking active part in preparation and conducting stock takes, Helping with cashing up, Coaching and training other staff on sales and customer service, Assisting with training new staff, Monitoring individual staff daily/ monthly sale targets and coach them when needed to improve their sales and KPIs, Fulfilling any other tasks as outlined by the Store Management

PROFILE & KEY SKILLS




Between 1 and 3 years of experience in a luxury retail business as a Sales Supervisor Strong experience in managing, developing and motivating sales team while delivering an exceptionally high level of customer service Excellent communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal) and ability to meet and exceed customers' expectations every time.
