Bar Supervisor - Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Bar Supervisor

to oversee the daily operations of our bar and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bar service, team supervision, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support bar staff during shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and hospitality. Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure stock rotation and availability. Enforce licensing, health and safety, and hygiene regulations. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Train, mentor, and motivate bar staff to deliver top-quality service. Open and close the bar, including cash handling and reconciliation duties. Ensure the bar is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times. Collaborate with management on promotions, events, and menu development. Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere that aligns with the venue's brand and standards.
