Responsibilities

Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene practices throughout the kitchen.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Requirements
Proven experience in supervising within a restaurant or culinary environment is essential.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food production techniques.
Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is advantageous.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is crucial.
Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
Experience as a barista or in serving roles will be considered an asset.
