About the Role
Vision Hygiene is expanding, and we're looking for a
Part-Time Cleaning Supervisor
with experience in medical or healthcare environments. This is a hands-on, flexible role ideal for someone who understands cleaning standards in clinical settings and wants to help maintain and improve them across our sites.
What You'll Do
Audit cleaning standards across multiple client sites
Ensure all cleaners are working in full compliance with agreed procedures
Provide on-site feedback and
support with training
where needed
Help reinforce
IPC (Infection Prevention and Control)
best practices
Maintain regular communication with Vision Hygiene and site contacts
Use provided checklists and templates to record audit visits
What You'll Need
Background in medical or healthcare cleaning (essential)
Understanding of
IPC standards
and willingness to learn more
Confidence to lead by example and support others
Eye for detail and a positive, supportive approach to training
Own transport (mileage reimbursed for all work-related travel)
