Role Overview

As a

Supervisor

at City Vaults, you will play a key role in the daily running of the pub. You'll support the management team in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring smooth operations on busy shifts, and leading by example to motivate and develop the team.

Key Responsibilities

Support the management team in overseeing daily operations of the bar, floor, and kitchen (where applicable). Lead shifts effectively, ensuring the venue runs smoothly and customers receive excellent service. Supervise and train team members, providing guidance and feedback. Handle cash, payments, and till reconciliations accurately. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety compliance. Deal with customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and deliveries. Contribute to creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for both guests and staff.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Passionate about hospitality and customer experience. A confident leader with strong communication and organisational skills. Reliable, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure. Experienced in a supervisory or senior team member role within a pub, bar, or restaurant environment (preferred but not essential). Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
