At Beacon Foods we are now looking for 3 full time Supervisors to join our production team Monday to Friday:

Kettle Supervisor - fixed 0600 - 1400 shift Discharge Supervisor, fixed 0700 - 1500 shift High Care Supervisor, rotating shift 0600 - 1400 & 1000 - 1800. From Sept 25 this will be a fixed 1000-1800 shift

Key duties include:

Be responsible immediately prior to start of shift to ensure that all aspects of the area are safe and ready for production to start

Maintain hygiene standards throughout production shift in line with our procedures and ensure that at end of shift production areas are left in an acceptable state

Assist with training new and existing staff in task procedures and review and record with team members all training activity.

Act on and report all Health & safety concerns

Ensure that all PPE is correctly worn by all staff and visitors when working in or visiting the area of responsibility

Ensure agreed Process Control and traceability checks are completed to meet internal/external requirements

Ensure all quality paperwork is filled out and handed in correctly

Other details:

40 hours per week including 2 x 20 minute unpaid breaks per day

28 days holiday per year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 28,135.00 per year
