Store Supervisor

to help lead our team and support daily operations.

Role Summary:

As a

Menswear Store Supervisor

, you will play a key role in supporting the store's success by assisting in team leadership, customer service excellence, and sales performance. You will be responsible for maintaining visual merchandising standards, coaching staff, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Support

Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations. Lead by example on the shop floor, maintaining a strong presence and supporting the sales team. Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating staff to achieve targets and deliver excellent service. Manage staff scheduling and delegate tasks as required.

Customer Service & Sales

Deliver an exceptional customer experience tailored to menswear and styling needs. Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally. Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products. Stay informed on current fashion trends and product knowledge.

Store Operations & Visual Merchandising

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and merchandised according to brand standards. Monitor stock levels, process deliveries, and participate in inventory management. Open and close the store in accordance with company procedures, including handling cash and end-of-day reports.

Key Requirements:

Previous retail experience, ideally in menswear or fashion apparel. Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for fashion and styling. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
