We have a simple mission at Tonkotsu, to serve real ramen with heart and soul in every bowl! We want people to leave our restaurants happier than when they arrive, with satisfied hunger and warmth from the hospitality they've received. We began serving ramen in 2012 in Soho. We have few more restaurants now, but are still committed to provide excellent ramen with our homemade noodles and served by the best people we can find!
