Cafe Supervisor - Southwick



An exciting opportunity to come and join our new Flour Pot store in Southwick. The Flour Pot is a family owned independent business with twelve stores across Brighton, Hove and Worthing, specialising in artisan bread, baked goods and speciality coffee.



We are seeking an experienced cafe supervisor to help run one of our new Flour Pot store in Southwick. The right candidate will have similar experience in a high-quality cafe environment, have a good understanding and passion for the high-end coffee world, with practical know-how around an espresso machine a must. Creating a fantastic customer experience and workplace environment for your team is crucial to this role, as well as personality, drive and a level head,

You will work work closely with your general manager, inspiring the team to go the extra mile for our customers. you keep expectations + standards high. You recognise succession is vital for a strong talent pipeline and you're proactive in developing others. in the absence of your general manager, you lead the shops as if it were your own
