Zazu's Pubs are looking for a experienced FOH Supervisors to join their management team at the Eastfield Pub!

The Eastfield is a busy Henleaze pub with two popular function rooms and a massive beer garden. We host regular private and public events alongside serving great food & drinks, and are looking for an experienced front of house member to jump into busy service with us. A previous knowledge of cellar management, use of ResDiary and genuine interest in food and drink are all highly desirable, but the most important aspect is a welcoming and confident personality.

We are looking for;

A passionate person who's focus is on offering excellent customer service at all times whether at the table or across the bar. Someone with plenty of experience working in a busy pub with a high amount of food covers, with knowledge of your way around a basic cocktail list, the basics of wines, spirits and beer would also be great. Proven experience running shifts and food service is 100% essential for the supervisor role, and a keen interest in quality food and the desire to learn more about what we do and be passionate about our product. Previous experience handling cash and managing an opening/closing shift as a key holder is highly desirable, however we will provide training in our reporting systems. Previous experience in leading and managing a team, running a busy shift in the absence of the General Manager and Events Manager would also be required. An enthusiasm for events and community is a must, as we host several functions every week.

For the right person we will take on full time or part time. The shifts would be mostly evenings and weekends but it is a fair rota and we try to get everyone on some day shifts with some time off at the weekend.
