?? Your Role:
As our
Repairs & Maintenance Supervisor
, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of responsive and planned maintenance across our property portfolio. You'll ensure tenants receive a top-tier service while maintaining compliance with housing standards and health & safety regulations.
?? Key Responsibilities:
Lead operatives and contractors delivering repairs, voids, and planned works.
Allocate and monitor work orders via our asset management system.
Ensure timely, high-quality completion of repairs.
Conduct post-inspections and quality checks.
Liaise with tenants to resolve issues and boost satisfaction.
Manage contractor performance and service level compliance.
Support cyclical and planned maintenance programmes.
Maintain accurate records and performance metrics.
Ensure health & safety and housing regulation compliance.
Assist with budget management and cost control.
Provide technical advice to colleagues and tenants.
?? What You'll Bring:
Supervisory experience in housing maintenance or property services.
Strong knowledge of building maintenance and housing compliance.
Familiarity with housing management systems and mobile tech.
Trade qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) preferred.
Understanding of social housing legislation and tenant rights.
