As a

Supervisor

, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the trampoline park by overseeing daily activities, managing a team of staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of trampoline park operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Team Leadership and Management:



Supervise and motivate a team of trampoline court monitors, party hosts, and front desk staff. Provide clear instructions, guidance, and constructive feedback to team members, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment. Ensure appropriate staffing levels and effective rota coordination to meet operational demands. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and address any concerns.

Operational Oversight

:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, operational procedures, and customer service standards. Liaise with other departments, such as Maintenance and Customer Service, to ensure efficient and seamless operations. Address operational challenges and make timely decisions to resolve issues and maintain a smooth guest experience. Work with the management team to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Customer Service Excellence:



Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service to all guests. Handle escalated customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution. Train and guide staff in delivering excellent customer experiences. Monitor and evaluate customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and taking appropriate action.

Safety and Risk Management:



Respond promptly and effectively to any accidents, injuries, or emergencies occurring on the trampoline courts. Administer first aid or emergency care (if trained and certified) until medical professionals arrive. Complete incident reports accurately and promptly, recording all relevant details. Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, rules, and guidelines to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.

Training and Development:



Design and implement training programmes to enhance staff skills, knowledge, and performance. Deliver on-the-job training for new team members to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process. Conduct performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and recognising excellent performance. Support team members' professional growth through coaching and mentoring.

Qualifications and Skills

:

Strong leadership and organisational abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to handle and resolve customer enquiries effectively Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities during peak periods or when understaffed First aid certification (preferred) Knowledge of health and safety regulations and emergency response protocols Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

As a Supervisor, you have a duty of care towards the general public, your team, and yourself. This position requires flexibility to meet the demands of our dynamic business. Shifts will vary to accommodate park opening hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
