Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities within the kitchen or restaurant setting Train, mentor, and manage team members to enhance their skills and performance Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring quality control Assist in menu planning and inventory management Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements and enhance efficiency Maintain a clean and organised work environment, promoting teamwork and cooperation among staff

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques Excellent team management abilities, fostering a collaborative atmosphere Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production Previous experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and customers A background in hotel or kitchen environments is beneficial
