From 13.50 per hour subject to experience

Byron's Bear is an independent pub opened in spring 2025, set on the River Cam with stunning views of Jesus Green. We're all about craft beer, great pub food, and an inviting atmosphere where locals, visitors, and punters feel equally at home.

About Our Bar Supervisor:

We're seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on Bar Supervisor to help lead our bar team. You'll be at the heart of the action, ensuring smooth bar operations and delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Supervising day-to-day bar operations and ensuring efficient service. Supporting the management team in leading and motivating staff. Ensuring drinks are prepared and served to the highest standards. Assisting in staff training and fostering a welcoming team environment. Maintaining stock levels, handling orders, and minimizing wastage. Helping to create and sustain a vibrant and friendly atmosphere for guests.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a bar or hospitality setting, ideally in a supervisory role. A passion for craft beer, cocktails, and delivering memorable guest experiences. Strong organizational and communication skills with a can-do attitude. A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. Someone ready to grow their skills and contribute to a brand-new venue.
