We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the hospitality sector. Duties

Oversee daily operations within the kitchen and food production areas, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and professional development. Manage food preparation processes, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Maintain inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock of ingredients and supplies. Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment and work areas to ensure cleanliness and functionality. Address any issues or concerns raised by staff or guests promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food production or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Experience in food preparation techniques, with an understanding of various cuisines preferred. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous experience in bartending is an advantage but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 13.50-14.85 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 40 per week

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability
