Job Description

The Strand is a craft beer pub situated on the High Street in Cheltenham. We are looking a supervisor to join our team. Since opening our company over 8 years ago, our pubs have become some of the biggest independent craft beer sellers in the South West. The Ideal candidates will have previous experience in similar roles, have a passion for craft beer and food. They must be highly competent in a busy multi-faceted business and excel at providing the best possible service to our customers. Responsibilities include; cashing up, opening and closing procedures, bartending and maintaining the cellar. Looking for people who are reliable and have a positive attitude. Must be punctual and well presented. Candidates MUST have bartending experience and cellar training is a plus. Looking to start training next week!

You will be expected to work 30 hours a week and up to 40 hours during busy periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.35 per hour
