We're preparing for a busy and exciting festive season and are seeking experienced, proactive Supervisors to support our team at Live Experience, 22 Shaftesbury Avenue, London. This shift will serve as a trial/training session, with successful candidates offered regular shifts throughout Christmas period. Please only apply if you're available to work over Christmas and keen to take on a hands-on leadership role during our busiest time. About role: As a Supervisor, you'll oversee both Front of House and Bar teams, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding guest experiences. You'll act as main point of contact for staff on shift, supporting them with clear communication, problem-solving, and motivation. Responsibilities: Lead and support FOH and Bar teams throughout shift Maintain high standards of service, safety, and presentation Resolve guest or team issues calmly and efficiently Liaise with management on operational or staffing matters Oversee opening/closing procedures, stock checks, and handovers Promote teamwork and a positive, professional atmosphere What we're looking for: Prior supervisory or team-lead experience in hospitality, events, or attractions Excellent communication, organisation, and people skills Ability to motivate others under pressure Reliable, professional, and guest-focused approach Important: This is a trial shift, and your professionalism, leadership, and communication will determine whether you're offered ongoing shifts over Christmas period.
