Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced House Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in culinary arts or food preparation. Duties

Supervise daily operations within the house, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to health and safety regulations. Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary to foster a positive working environment. Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock. Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction. Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness and organisation.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food preparation techniques, and food safety regulations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service. A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences. Driving License Essential
