About the Role
Position:
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Schedule:
5 days per week, including weekends; flexibility required
In this role, you will support the
daily store operations
, coordinating activities across the
warehouse and sales floor
, and helping the team deliver
high operational and customer service standards
. This role includes
supervisory responsibilities
and
cross-departmental support
.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
Deliver excellent customer service and lead by example
Respond to customer queries and feedback professionally
Foster a positive team environment and consistent service standards
Product Management
Ensure accurate pricing and clear signage
Monitor stock levels and rotate inventory to maintain quality
Team Support
Assist in onboarding and training new team members
Support team learning and development initiatives
Operations & Safety
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures, including cold chain protocols
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment
Assist with stock control and inventory accuracy
Provide support across store departments as needed
What We're Looking For
Skills & Experience
Team leader or supervisory experience (desirable)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Team player with the ability to motivate others
Personal Qualities
Positive, proactive, and reliable
Strong communicator and calm under pressure
Flexible with weekend and variable scheduling
Seeking a
long-term role
(12 months minimum commitment)
