Role Overview

Hours:

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Schedule:

5 days out of 7, including weekends; some flexibility required
This is a

hands-on role

supporting daily store operations, working across both the warehouse and the shop floor. It involves

supervisory responsibilities

and supporting colleagues across departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Team Leadership

Provide a welcoming and professional experience for customers Respond to queries and resolve issues promptly Encourage teamwork and uphold service standards

Stock & Product Management

Maintain accurate product pricing and clear signage Monitor inventory levels and rotate stock to ensure freshness Assist with stock checks and ensure storage areas are well organised

Team Development

Support onboarding and training for new team members Share knowledge to encourage skill development and team growth

Operational Duties & Safety

Follow all hygiene, food handling, and safety procedures Keep the store and work areas clean, safe, and well-organised Provide cross-departmental support as needed

Candidate Profile

Skills & Experience

Experience in a supervisory or team-leading role is advantageous Strong organisational and time management skills Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Team-oriented, with the ability to support and motivate others

Personal Qualities

Proactive, positive, and dependable Clear communicator and calm under pressure Flexible with schedules, including weekends Looking for a long-term role (12-month minimum commitment preferred)
