Role Overview
Employment Type:
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Schedule:
5 days over 7 (including weekends) - flexibility required
This is a practical, hands-on role supporting store operations across both the warehouse and shop floor. Key responsibilities include supervising daily activities, managing stock, and working cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Leadership
Deliver friendly, professional service to all customers
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Support team collaboration and maintain service standards
Stock & Product Management
Ensure accurate product pricing and signage
Monitor stock levels and rotate inventory for freshness
Assist with stock counts and keep storage areas well organised
Team Development
Help onboard and train new team members
Share knowledge to support team growth and efficiency
Operations & Safety
Follow hygiene, food handling, and safety protocols
Keep workspaces clean, safe, and well maintained
Provide operational support across departments as needed
Candidate Profile
Skills & Experience
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience (preferred)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Collaborative mindset with the ability to motivate others
Personal Qualities
Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
Calm and clear communicator, even under pressure
Flexible with shift patterns, including weekends
Interested in a stable, long-term opportunity (12 months minimum preferred)
