Role Overview

Employment Type:

Full-time (40 hours per week)

Schedule:

5 days over 7 (including weekends); flexibility required
This is a hands-on role supporting both warehouse and shop floor operations. The position involves supervising daily activities, managing stock, and working across departments to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Leadership

Deliver professional, friendly service to all customers Resolve enquiries and issues promptly Support teamwork and uphold service standards
Stock & Product Management

Ensure accuracy of product pricing and signage Monitor stock levels and rotate inventory for freshness Assist with stock counts and maintain organised storage areas
Team Development

Support onboarding and training of new colleagues Share knowledge to build team capability and efficiency
Operations & Safety

Follow hygiene, food handling, and safety procedures Maintain clean, safe, and well-organised workspaces Provide operational support across departments as required
Candidate Profile

Skills & Experience

Supervisory or team-leading experience (preferred) Strong organisational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to work collaboratively and motivate others

Personal Qualities

Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused Strong communicator, able to remain calm under pressure Flexible with shift patterns, including weekends Seeking a long-term role (minimum 12 months preferred)
