and ensure everything is handled correctly. Take charge of

machinery

, ensuring it's cleaned, dismantled, and rebuilt flawlessly. Lead

vaccination and flock health monitoring

, ensuring top-tier standards. Organize and track

blood, salmonella, and health testing

to safeguard the well-being of poultry. Occasionally handle

fumigation duties

(if trained to do so). Step up as a leader in

managerial absences

, taking responsibility for the team. Ensure

team adherence to company policies

stores and deliveries
