We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee operations within our restaurant environment. Our sopervisor is a person who is hand one, prividing the ecpetional cutomers service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for food production, ensuring that our restuarant runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a hands-on approach to team management, with a focus on maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and customer service.

Duties

Supervise daily restuarant service, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and standards and bralliant customer service. Manage and train restauran staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Provide support in bartending duties as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction with beverage offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the restuarant area, promoting a safe working environment. Address any staff issues or conflicts promptly and effectively, maintaining morale and productivity.

Skills

Proven experience in team management within a restaurant or similar setting. Strong full table service ans ba able to take full section when there peak time along with leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and developing staff. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to help resolve issues efficiently. Familiarity with bartending practices is an advantage but not mandatory. Ability to supervise multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.15-17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
