ProCook, the UK's leading cookware brand, is looking for a dedicated Supervisor to join our team in our Cheshire Store. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone passionate about retail and customer service, and ready to help shape a successful team focused on delivering outstanding shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail staff, ensuring that store operations run smoothly and that every customer leaves happy. Your duties will include:



Supervising and training team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge. Managing daily store operations to maximize sales and efficiency. Maintaining high standards of store presentation and customer service. Assisting with inventory management and orders. Resolving customer issues and providing expert advice on products. Motivating and supporting staff to achieve store targets.

Please be aware that this store experiences high turnover and generates over 2 million in sales. It is a very busy environment, so only apply if you are comfortable working in such a setting.

Requirements

What You Need:

Previous experience in a retail supervisory or management role. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a team. A customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Understanding of retail sales principles and processes. Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management. A passion for cookware and kitchen products is a plus!
