Site Supervisor

to oversee the adaptation projects in Enfield and nearby areas.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for supervising the installation of disabled adapted wet rooms across multiple residential sites. This is a hands-on supervisory role, requiring excellent organisation, technical knowledge, and strong communication skills to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily site operations across multiple wet room adaptation projects. Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of works. Ensure all works meet compliance standards (including Part M and DFG specifications). Carry out site inspections, snagging, and quality control checks. Liaise with residents, occupational therapists, and client representatives to ensure satisfaction. Maintain site records, health and safety documentation, and progress reports. Resolve on-site issues and escalate where necessary.

Requirements:

Proven experience supervising social housing maintenance or adaptations (wet room experience highly desirable). Full UK Driving Licence (essential). Excellent people and communication skills. Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
