Job Description
As the Supervisor you will oversee a Residential contract working on planned works primarily external Refurbishments Roofs, Windows, EWI, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the delivery of a Planned works contract, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Supervise planned works programmes, with a focus on Roof's, windows and doors. Ensure health and safety regulations, statutory requirements, and industry best practices. Report to senior management on performance, progress.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a Supervisory role within construction or social housing.
Salary: 40,000 - 45,000
Travel allowance provided or Vehicle / Fuel card
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
