We're looking for a

hands-on Installation Team Leader

to manage and deliver high-quality installations of our cutting-edge smart technology across the UK and occasionally overseas.

You'll lead a small team on-site, carry out installations yourself, and help manufacture and prepare products in our factory when not travelling.

This is an

ideal role for someone with installation or electrical experience

who takes pride in precision work and wants to progress in a growing tech-based manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

Lead small teams installing Smart Glass, Switchable Film and AV systems Carry out solo installations and smaller projects independently Conduct site surveys and liaise directly with customers Manage materials, health & safety documentation (RAMS), and site logistics Install, wire, and test switchable film and glass systems Commission AV integration installations Support the factory team with manufacturing and product preparation Deliver product handovers and basic training to clients Travel throughout the UK (and occasionally overseas) with company vehicle

What You'll Need

Hands-on installation or electrical experience Strong leadership and organisational skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent communication and customer service skills Full UK driving licence Basic IT literacy

Desirable:

Experience installing smart glass, switchable film, glazing, or AV systems IPAF, PASMA or CSCS certification Electrical or low-voltage technical background

Working Hours

Monday - Thursday:

8:30am - 5:30pm

Friday:

8:30am - 5:00pm
(39.5 hours per week + overtime)
Evening or weekend work may be required for site installations.
