About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader with proven customer experience skills to work in our Bristol store. Key responsibilities include:

Supervising a team of crew members utalising excellent people skills Delegating tasks to ensure effective running of the store Completing store opening and closing, including cashing up and stock taking Focus on ensuring excellent customer service from the team Ensuring product is produced to brand standards and upselling is taking place
