Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times Manage daily operations, including delivery drivers, inventory control, stock rotation, and ordering supplies as needed Provide training and mentorship to team members to promote professional development Monitor customer service levels, address any issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction Enforce health and safety policies within the workplace

Qualifications

Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example and motivate staff Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations Experience in serving or hospitality roles is highly desirable Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving Previous experience in kitchen or restaurant environments such as hotel or barista roles is advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-14.50 per hour
