We are seeking an experienced Supervisor with at least 1 years experience, for our brand new restaurant Pepito in Ballyhackamore, opening shortly, to lead our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities
Supervise front of house area.
Create staff work schedules and delegate daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Train new and existing employees on service, menu knowledge and safety protocols.
Supervise staff to ensure they perform their duties to the best of their ability.
Address staff issues and enforce company policies.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the establishment.

Requirements
Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential, with at least one year's experience.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Familiarity with serving practices and customer service excellence within the hospitality industry.
Experience of at least one year in hospitality roles.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with both staff and customers.
