Tinderbox are looking to add a Supervisor to our Espresso Cart in Queen Street Station.

We are looking to add to our fantastic team for this established location. We are looking for someone who is fun, dynamic, open and honest with a passion for coffee and excellent customer service.

As a Supervisor you will have both Barista and Supervisor responsibilities.

Barista responsibilities:

Our Baristas are the face of the business. In addition to crafting delicious espresso- based coffee, they will provide an excellent customer experience, maintain store cleanliness and complete general cleaning duties. Full training will be provided.

Additional supervisor Responsibilities:

? Take Leadership of day to day responsibilities of running the Cart with support from senior managers

? Key Holder - Open and close the Cart

? Following and maintaining high standards of cleanliness

? Ordering stock relevant to the level of business

? Onboarding and training of new team members

? Set and manage high standards of work and professionalism

? Motivate and encourage their team

? Be a Tinderbox Ambassador

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour
