Tinderbox are delighted to be bringing great coffee to Edinburgh Waverley Mall Shopping Centre.

We are looking to build a fantastic team for this exciting new location, consisting of fun, dynamic, open and honest individuals with a passion for coffee and excellent customer service.

As a Supervisor you will have both Barista and Supervisor responsibilities.

Barista responsibilities:

Our Baristas are the face of the business. In addition to crafting delicious espresso- based coffee, they will provide an excellent customer experience, maintain store cleanliness and complete general cleaning duties. Full training will be provided.

Additional supervisor Responsibilities:

? Assist the manager with the day to day running of the store

? Key Holder - Open and close the store, following cash up procedures

? Following and maintaining high standards of cleanliness

? Ordering stock relevant to the level of business

? Onboarding and training of new team members

? Set and manage high standards of work and professionalism

? Motivate and encourage their team

? Be a Tinderbox Ambassador

? Previous experience of a supervisory role is desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

Experience:

Barista: 1 year (preferred) Retail: 1 year (preferred) hospitality: 1 year (preferred) Supervisor/manager: 1 year (required)
