We are looking for a full time supervisor to help support our management team with the daily operations of a busy food hall. Reporting to the General Manager, you will play an integral role in the day to day management of the busy restaurant and areas.

Responsibilities

Supporting the management team whilst greeting customers and ensuring their Yalm experience is exemplary. Supervising on shift team and taking charge of the shift in the bar and restaurant areas Assisting with all guest and staff issues, reporting to the GM as required Staff training and development, working alongside the General Manager to constantly improve standards across the restaurant Food and Beverage service Opening and Closing down procedures and cash ups Key Holder

Requirements

A hospitality professional, with at least 3 years' experience as a Supervisor in a busy or restaurant Strong knowledge in food and beverage, including wine, spirits, cocktails and cellar management skills. A team player, with an adaptable and flexible approach to work. A passionate individual, with fantastic customer service skills. A professional and smart worker, who is passionate about delivering 5-star service.
