Job Description

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday fixed repeating shift schedule.
9:30am - 6:00pm (incl. 30-min lunch break)

Restrictions and Requirements
You'll need to:
pass enhanced DBS background check have a paediatric first aid certificate (or willingness to complete)
Day-to-day tasks
In this role you would:
arrange task lists and job roles organise and promote special events assist recruitment, scheduling and manage staff control budgets and monitor performance targets for your centre take responsibility for health and safety engage and handle disputes with customers included duties as a keyholder engage with the team and support them in their development identify areas of improvement within the team and the business provide additional training to team members on their training plan quality assurance checks on staff work inspecting and reporting on company equipment
