Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to help support the day-to-day running of the store. You will be someone who naturally takes initiative and enjoys working as part of a team to create a friendly, welcoming workplace.


This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident in leading by example and is ready to take on a supervisory role in a busy retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Opening and closing the store Overseeing the team to maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation Coaching, mentoring and motivating team members to help them grow and develop Promoting and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, with a focus on customer and colleague safety Supporting with stock tasks, including receiving deliveries and restocking shelves

Applicants must be over 18 Strong communication and leadership skills Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Flexibility to work a range of shifts including evenings and weekends Previous retail or supervisory experience is desirable
