Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee operations within our kitchen and food production areas

Reporting to the General Manager, for the operation of the unit. Directly supervising the restaurant's hourly team,guiding and coaching them within their departments to ensure they reach their full potential providing the perfectlyrun shift.

Specific Responsibilities

Service Quality

Delivering superior customer service in all aspects of guest interaction Delivering winning shifts through leading from the front Monitoring and delivering steps of service Ensuring all team members have completed all appropriate training Consistent service for all restaurant and take-away transactions Supporting your general manager on improving on guest feedback

Product Quality

Monitoring kitchen food quality Overseeing bar drink quality Adhering to dish/drink specifications Working with kitchen and bar to ensure service times are sharp Ensure both you and your team have strong product knowledge Supporting your GM on product initiatives/promotions Ensuring take away quality matches restaurant dishes

Health and Safety, Cleanliness and Due Diligence

Follow front and back of house company cleaning procedures Ensure line of site is perfect in all areas of your business Ensure that all areas meet company standar

Atmosphere

Ensure the environment is ready for service - lights working, outside clean, music levels correct; company
music played

Manage delivery drivers to ensure they don't affect service flow

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
