Duties

Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally. Organise daily tasks and schedules to optimise productivity within the team. Handle any escalated issues or complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for enhancing sales performance.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven experience in sales management, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets. Exceptional organisational skills, enabling effective time management and prioritisation of tasks. Proficient in phone etiquette, ensuring all customer interactions are handled with care and professionalism.
