Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident, motivated, and customer-focused

Store Supervisor

to support daily operations at our menswear store. As a key part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of staff, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining high visual and operational standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about men's fashion and eager to grow in retail management.

Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Staff Supervision

Assist in the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of sales associates. Supervise daily team operations, ensuring staff are motivated and meeting performance expectations. Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Sales & Customer Service

Maximize sales opportunities through effective floor management and customer engagement. Analyze sales figures and KPIs, helping to drive performance and meet targets. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

Store Operations

Support the Store Manager with opening and closing duties. Oversee stock management including deliveries, replenishment, and inventory control. Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.

Visual Merchandising

Ensure visual displays reflect current trends and promotions. Keep mannequins and displays up to date, clean, and fashion-forward.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory or senior sales experience in retail (menswear or fashion preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills. Passion for menswear, fashion, and styling. Proficiency in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office tools. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
