Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced

Store Supervisor

to join our menswear retail team. As a Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in the daily operations of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales goals, and supporting the management team in driving performance and team development.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about men's fashion, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and has a natural ability to lead and inspire others.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in all aspects of daily store operations. Lead the sales floor by setting the standard for excellent customer service and product knowledge. Supervise and motivate team members to achieve individual and store sales targets. Provide training, coaching, and feedback to staff to enhance performance and customer engagement. Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation align with brand standards. Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention procedures. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Open and close the store as needed, following all security and operational protocols. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both customers and employees. Act as the manager on duty when senior leadership is not present.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or menswear. Previous supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. A passion for men's fashion and delivering a premium customer experience. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
