Our Supervisors
contribute to Starbucks success by assisting the Store Manager with the daily running of the store. In the Supervisor role you'll support store operations to create and deliver an amazing Starbucks Experience for each of our customers. As store supervisor you'll be a passionate ambassador for Starbucks and will live and champion our mission and values whilst embracing our unique coffee culture.
You'll lead by example whilst supporting partners to develop their knowledge and skills and be motivated by excellent service and standards. You'll work to overcome challenges and create a happy work environment, whilst helping to drive store profitability. Better still, your career development path could see you progress into retail leadership or support centre roles.
