Duties

Oversee daily operations within the establishment, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures. Manage and support team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Coordinate food production processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in culinary operations. Assist in training new staff members in producing drinks, culinary skills, and hospitality best practices. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to maintain seamless service. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Implement health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.

Skills

Proven experience in team management within the hospitality sector. Fully barista trained is essential. Strong background in cafes or culinary arts is highly desirable. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and guiding staff effectively. Knowledge of food production processes and restaurant operations is essential. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and team members alike. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to help others succeed in their roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.50-13.20 per hour
