This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality, and managing a team to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to food safety standards
Manage staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
Oversee food preparation and production processes, maintaining high quality and presentation standards
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the building
Assist in menu planning and inventory management to optimise food production
Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly
Collaborate with all departments, to ensure seamless service delivery
Experience
Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential
Strong culinary experience
Background in food safety practices and regulations
Experience in team management, demonstrating effective leadership skills
Previous roles in hospitality environments or hotel settings are highly desirable
Familiarity with serving techniques and barista experience is essential
