Job Description

The Flour Pot Bakery is a retail and wholesale artisan bakery with twelve stores in Brighton, Hove and Worthing.

We are seeking an experienced supervisor to join our store up at Seven Dials, Brighton. The right candidate will have similar experience in a high quality cafe environment, have a good understanding and passion for the high end coffee world, with practical know-how around an espresso machine a must. Creating a fantastic customer experience and workplace environment for your team is crucial to this role, as well as personality, drive and a level head. Bar experience is not essential, but desirable.

The site is in a prime location and drives a high footfall of local residents and commuters going in and out of Brighton.

Opening at 7am every day (bar Sunday, where we open at 7:30am), we get a steady trade of local residents throighout the day for their coffee, breakfast and lunch fix, alongside buy essential supplies such as bread, eggs and retail coffee. The store then closes at 5pm (apart from Sunday where we shut at 4pm).
